More Than a Service. A Mission.

Born and raised in Detroit, Ken Dandridge understands firsthand the challenges many Michigan drivers face. As a young man, Ken experienced the realities of racial profiling, overwhelming traffic-related costs, and the life-changing impact of a suspended license — challenges that can affect employment, family stability, and future opportunities.

Through his own journey of learning how to navigate traffic matters and restore his driving privileges, Ken recognized the need for a better approach: a process built on clarity, affordability, and compassion.

Ken witnessed how a suspended license could create barriers that prevent people from getting to work, supporting their families, and moving forward in life. He built Change Me Works to help break that cycle by empowering individuals with the knowledge, guidance, and resources needed to legally get back on the road.

Beyond direct assistance, Ken has also worked to help advance legislative efforts designed to create greater access to driver's license restoration opportunities. These efforts are expected to help more than 250,000 Michigan residents pursue valid driving privileges by 2027.

Through advocacy, education, and direct support, Ken Dandridge and Change Me Works continue working to create a future where a past driving hardship does not prevent Michigan residents from moving forward.
